Okay, so I was just cruising down 275 toward KY from Amelia and I see a really good looking white SN95 GT cruise by. Then I see they've taken the rear spoiler off. Who does this and why? I think it just looks silly. Then I see a couple of threads on other boards where lots of people are doing this. I just don't get it.

I like the look of the delete on the SN95 GT's, I think it gives them more of a coupe look.
Just my opiion though

i love the look but i think you have to have the right wheels and stance to pull it off

^^^ If it weren't for the S281 wing for SN95 cars, I would have to agree with both of you.

if i remember right in 9-95 you could get a v8 option on a base mustang that had no spoiler and basic interior....i forget the code though

95 was a GTS, i believe in 96 it was an 248A code

correct. Mine is a 248A option car that someone put a wing on. I'm thinking about ditching mine whenever it is ready for paint.

Mine was removed for me when my car was parked....somebody backed a boat into it.
It looks a lot cleaner IMO.

Wow, I guess there really are a lot of people that like the look. I looked at some pics of some really nice cars and actually tried to like the look without the spoiler. It didn't work lol

Its a matter of personal taste. I always thought a 94-98 car would look good with no spoiler and a cobra R hood. I think the new edge 99-04 cars look best with no spolier.

I agree. The 2001 Bullitt had no spoiler; it looks cleaner w/o one.
