I've been working on these for about 1.5 years. I finally finished them. Although titanium is used for many cool applications, a shotglass is also cool.
These are for my brother, IBSTROKIN'. Until now, he didn't know about them.
In the tone of Elmer Fudd:
Sshhh! Be vewy, vewy qwiet! Hu! Hu! Hu! Hu! Hu! Hu!
I think that he'll like them. What do you think?

You may want to rethink that, The last time you tried getting rough with me, you got whiplash, skinned head, 6 visits to a chiropractor , a week off work, and your still not right. I may let you take a shot though :flipoff:

OH no you didn't
Those are awesome.
Your skills are extremely impressive, Rob. We still need to get together sometime to discuss what kind of Ducati bits you can make. Hell...for only $1000 I bet you could sell at least of couple of sets to the guys who buy Desmodecis. :)

I can't be responsible for everything.... My bro' can take care of the rest.:D
Titanium is the ultimate shotglass material. Everyone knows that it's important that they: will not corrode, are lightweight, nonmagnetic and tolerate high heat very well. Yes, they may be a tad overkill for this job. (that may be a slight exaggeration)

Those are sweet! When I was at Purdue I made shot glasses out of aluminum. I took some bar stock and put it on a lathe and cut grooves to make it look like a keg. Not sure if it was safe to drink out of raw aluminum...then again, I guess its not safe to drink hundreds of shots either. lol.

Well, that answers the question on whether or not its safe to drink out of.
Not sure if it makes your skull cool, but it does make it more expensive than mine!:bigthumb

Yeah they should be perfectly safe to drink out of...unless there's implant grade titanium and non-implant grade.

Why titanium??
Bet that was fun machining shooting sparks everywhere! You make it on a cnc lathe or manual?

I don't know about the posi, but these titanium shotglasses have a very specific profile. They are shaped like velocity stacks! ;):D With a couple of drinks of 'high octane' fuel, no one will care about much of anything.

ya know, ive been know to supply some "HIIIIGh OCTANE" stuff that would be great to break those in..(or clean them, or etch them);)
