if you are in hamilton Vonstein company is Jessie that owns lake bailee he did all my inspections for me at a good price when I was at Countrywide

Pillar to Post did mine. Did a great job, gave me a nice book with all their findings, color pictures of things needing to be fixed with copies to give to the homeowner so they know exactlly what is wrong, recommendations on what to do to improve or fix anything needing attention. It was very comprehensive, and they took all the time I needed to educate and answer my questions.

I am at work now, I will see if I can dig up the guys name and number.
