Man your going to regret getting rid of all your FI parts and going with carb. Hell you already have some really nice FI parts..Why would you want a Carb??

I just can't work with fuel injection. I just put all these parts on the car on sat and it has a really bad miss at about 3500 that i can't figure out.. I have just about givin up with it

It probably has a vaccum leak or maybe some wires crossed or something. I'm willing to bet that finding this little problem out with a miss will be way better than trying to tune a carb..having to fight with different jets and all that BS. Plus your going to have to get a new fuel system too...atleast a new regulator and so on. Some people try to make the FI fuel pumps work..but it's not the best idea. I would just work on finding out what the miss is from...and keep it FIed...you'll thank me in the end.

Now that depends who you talk to Rob, lol!

But I agree, figure the issue out and keep everything as is. It will make things easier if you decide to go with a turbo/SC someday....

I had an 89 doing the same thing and it ended up being a weak fuel pump. It fell on its face at 3700 and stayed that way. Fix It!

If thats the case put you a nice 255 in it and be done with it.... Should be fairly easy to figure out.

I know your a redneck but at least try using full sentences

But I would try to troubleshoot the issue. Put a mechanical fuel pressure gauge on the schraeder(sp) valve and make sure you're good there.

This car also had a new 255 pump, but when they reinstalled the tank they kinked the line to where the pump was working overtime. Just couldnt get the volume up and it weakened the pump. Just something to think about.

I am gonna go and drop the tank now...

Yeah i fixed the miss. I found 2 broken vaccum lines and my intake gasket was leaking. Runs good now. I also found some wheels from WHYTRY. Thank you for asking. BTW you have a nice group of cars there

Glad to hear it man! You had a good day. Thank You, the 3 Mopars were all done at the families Resto shop. Living in a town with a Chrysler plant in the middle of it helps give a variety of old Mopars! And keeps the family in business.
