i picked up a 80 model coupe. manual windows and locks. all glass is good. has 87-93 front bumper and wiring harness along with 87 or so dash and tilt wheel, 87 5spd pedals, power steering also. has a dent in the drivers door and in the pass rear quarter. subframe connectors.

plan is to build a car dirt cheap and see how fast it can go. these are the requirements.

look stock, stock hood, all interior intact, no cage, no tint on windows.

plan to do the bodywork myself and have a buddy paint it.

i am attempting to get as much stuff as i can for free or very cheap. then put lots of nitrous on it. the plan is to drag some local ass in oklahoma for next to nothin. lots of people run their mouths around here and its time to shut them up.

parts located so far:

90 302ho complete motor(workin on getting a 69 351w)
msd blaster coil
msd 6al
8.5mm plug wires
corbeau seat
stock control arms boxed with poly bushings
8.8 with 3.55's
c4 (no bell or converter)

heres some pics

Good luck with it. Post up how it is going and how it runs. Any good pick your part places around you? That would be a best bet for small stuff.

I just perfer to call you El Homo :flipoff:

Car looks like a great starter project. Building a car on the budget side of things can surprise you in the end as long as you do your homework first.
