You look it up by county of conviction for Ohio.

For KY, its a state wide search.

So google "[COUNTY] clerk of courts"

Hamilton County Clerk of Courts/Clermont County Clerk of Courts lists the name and what they were convicted for, the records (documents) are now sealed because people were stealing SSNs. I can get access. :evilgrin:
