Crash at Pinks All Out Norwalk 06/06/08

Here's some video of the actual crash Friday night at Pinks All Out in Norwalk.
For those who dont know, he was air lifted out of there to the hospital with a suspected leg fracture and possible internal bleeding. He was unconscious when the EMS got to him on the track but had regained consciousness beflore they flew him out. The last word I heard was Saturday from some people that knew him was his leg was not broke and they found no internal bleeding. He was suppose to get relesed saturday sometime. He went into the wall head on in excess of a 100MPH. The motor came into the car.

This wreck was brutal. My dad and I were talking to the guy about an hour before this, super nice older guy. He had owned the car for over 25 years and it was absolutely flawless. The aftermath was horrible as I could not even make out the front end of the car/engine bay. I am glad to hear he is alright though.

I can't agree with you more. That car was super nice and the video here does no justice for just how brutal it was in person. Even with the roll cage and helmet he's lucky to have just a concussion, a gash down to the bone in his leg and some torn cartilage and bruising to his belly and chest.

WOW! That's crazy! I can't imagine how scary that had to be to watch in person, I know I would have freaked out. I'm glad that he's basically okay, amazing!
