After trading my 94 Mustang over the weekend to a guy in Michigan, I took new ownership of a 99 lightning with a Built short block, 12# of boost, 410's , New rebuild trans with heavy duty valve body, And after a little detail work Sunday it's starting to come around. needs a good buff and odds and ends like leather rapped steering wheel ,ntennabroke off in hole and has a small exhaust leak a y pipe. I am hoping to be in the 12's by the end of the year.
any one have any suggestion what works well with these trucks. I have talked to ken and I know beefcake should be able to tell me what parts made a siffrence. Any advice I would appreciate Thanks

Built bottom end.....you need alot more boost than 12# then. Hell with the stock block I had 17 psi on it and many have run as much as 21. Have any questiions, just ask. Welcome to the L club.:bigthumb

glad ya took the plunge,

if it's pushing 12psi, you should be able to get in the 12's right now :)

don't hesitate to call if ya need anything,

i'd go right to an 8 to 10lb lower pulley if the bottom end is built :)

i would say..... longtubes would be nice. or a port/polished eaton will do either, or!
