It's a stretch, but trying to unload my house. We have one that we want bad...will lose it if we don't sell this one fast. I'm willing to take a loss! House is worth $120K as it sits, just this market sucks right now!
Need to sell the house we live in. Been in the house since '97. It's a 2 story 4 bedroom cape cod built in the mid '50s. New roof, newer Anderson windows. House is valued at around $120K. Some facts about the house: 4 beds, 2 full baths, built in 1 car garage around back, finished basement, all appliances will stay (frig, oven, dish washer, washer, dryer), private back yard. Needs very little work (kitchen could use new paint and floor, basement carpet needs a little attention.) No known major defects in the house (AC and heat work, roof is newer, foundation does not leak.) Please contact me with any questions 513-616-7832.
