190 or 255 Fuel pump

Looking for a fuel pump for the coupe. I will be running a 302, cobra upper and lower, long tube headers, and stock everything else I think. I have heard that a 255 will heat up the fuel because it is too much and just circulates it. I am looking for a 190 but if anyone has a 255, I could use that too. You never know on here. A blower or turbo set up may come up for sale and if I can come up with the cash, who knows. Sorry for the ramblings, just looking for a good pump.

I have a fuel pump you can have if you want it. I am not sure what it is, but it supported about 300 rear wheel horsepower. I just took it out when I added the blower and put in a 255. I would guess it is a 190, but can't say for sure as it came already installed when I bought the car.

I live on Shady lane, If you aren't in a big hurry I can bring it to filmore's one Sunday. If you need it right away I could drop it by your shop one evening on my way home from work.

I put down 330rwhp with a bone stock fuel pump...she was a little lean though..Just ask Maximus!!

If anyone still needs one, I have a Walbro GSS340 255lph pump that I'd be looking to get rid of. $50.

go big the first time so you dont have to replace it later put the 255 in there
