found a truck, 93 12 valve w/5spd manual, BUT it's 2wd. want to know what tranny it might be and if i could change the output shafts to mate a transfer case up to it to make it 4wd. Not in that truck...but in another non-dodge truck...don't feel like forkin out the money for a NV4500/NV6550

are you wanting to transplant the engine to another truck as well?

I dont know much about the trans/transfercase stuff but the Injection pumps on the 1st gen 12 valve's arent that great. I think you could find a good deal on a '96 to '98 12-V to transplant somewhere.

A good friend of mine is extremely knowledgeable with the Dodge and Cummins stuff. He does all the Injection pump and engine work on my '96 truck. If you call, tell him you know me from Stangbangerz. ;)
