Thanks Guys I really appreciate all the kind words and all the support from everyone. I've pretty much already reached the goals I set for myself this year...My goals were to put down right at or around 500rwhp..I was so siked when we strapped it down and it put down 550rwhp but I will admit it was kinda intimidating. My next goal was for me to be able to get in my car myself...and make a nice clean 10 second pass..well today was my day. After a few times of getting a little loose and trying to learn the car...my 3rd pass down the track...it went a 10.75 @ 130mph with only a 1.82 60ft. It was an awesome day and I couldn't have asked for anything more...great weather..great racing..and a few personal goals came together. Thanks again to everyone that helped me out today...I couldn't have in no way..shape or form done it on my own!!

Thanks Charlie! Just so everyone knows...I did let that guy that's known around here as Metcalf Racing strap in my car...he made an awesome pass in my car as well..He ended up going a 10.44@116mph with a hose blowing off the turbo at the 1000ft mark and coasting through. He had alot better 60ft than I...I think he went a 1.58 to my 1.82...But anyways..the car made some great passes and i'm very happy with it...Thanks alot everyone!

Thanks!! Yeah that wall just kept getting scarier the closer it got..My first pass I thought forsure I was swapping paint with it..but I stayed in it and let it straighten itself out..and luckily it did. The 10.75 pass felt like a sunday cruise compared to the first run...It's crazy that I skipped the 11's completely though....Hard to tell people that i've ran in the 10's...but never made one single 11 second pass at the track, lol. Owell...probably going to take it back to the track not this weekend...but probably next..Hopefully get it to leave a little better and click off some real low 10's......then......maybe twist that boost controller a little bit.....and look for that high 9!!!!!!!!!:cool1:

LUCK!!! lol no I think my first 2 passes I wasn't in the groove very well so I tried lining up a little different and got into the groove alot better...It's going to take a little learning on my part to get this thing to go straight and make good passes...The car has the potential to go as fast as I want right now...But its going take me learning how to read the track alot better and being able to put myself in the groove better for me to keep getting faster. I went from running in the low 13's....to high 12's....then straight to 10.70s, lol. Other than learning how to read the track..I'm going to start thinking about all the safety stuff I need to start aquiring...After the close experience with the wall...it made me think of all the saftey stuff..that I DIDN'T have!!

Yeah it will 60ft pretty good I know...I just kept messing up. I never lifted my first pass..I stayed in it after getting about a foot away from the wall and still went in the 12's at 124mph, lol. Now the second pass....WOW it launched straight for the wall and I had no other choice than to lift...But yeah I think with a little seat time...it'll go some low 10's with me in it!! We'll just have to wait and see what happens..

PS. I dont know if ya seen it or not Tim..but I let Craig drive it cause I didn't have a helmet or anything and he went a 1.58 60ft and it went 10.44@116 blowing a hose off the turbo at about 1000ft..so it definately has some low low 10's were thinking!
