Im not for sure if it will work on a procharger set up.... you could call AFM or check out his website for part #'s. I also used this on a N/A combination, I turned the rubber boot around towards the throttle body and used the stock rubber hose that I cut, but a metal tube would be better.

Here is a pic.... It is painted to match my car... with a zinc coating underneath. You can remove the paint easily and paint it any color you wish!lol

The mass air goes on the end of the straight rubber boot, and you take the mass air wires out of the wire loom and route it right and it should reach, mine did.
