O.K I bought the manual brakes master cylinder kit with the master ,plate and rod from aerospace...Problem I have is,,Fact. Brake switch will not work(looks like it wont)....Question is,for those who have a manual master kit installed(and with working brake lights) ,How did you install or what did you use for the Brake light switch....
P.S Thought about a 3-way tee with a aftermarket Brake switch (11.99 jegs)but the brake switch is 1/8 npt and the tee is all 3/16 brake...
Thanks

Not to hijack, but Tim, what yr dodge did you get that m/c off of? I read something last yr about a 2 port dodge unit that was pretty good for manual conversions.

I forget what part number it was. The only problem I had was I ordered a new one from Napa because it came with the resivoir. The one I got was cast iron and about 5lbs heaver.
Manual M/C for a 1987 Dodge D250 with Aluminum Master Cylinder Housing. Should be a 1 1/8" bore.

Thanks for the replies...I drilled the new Rod mounting hole Per instructions to give it a correct 7:1 rod ratio..
