Ok, I heard a rumor tonight from someone who goes to Edgewater all the time. She told me they were selling to someone who was going to turn it in to a hill climbing/4-wheeling area. Has anyone else heard these rumors? Is there any truth to this? :(

From what i hear about the condition of the track this year it may as well be an off-roading place anyways.
