I'm looking into a two step rev limiter... you can do a two step with the SCT, but it cuts fuel instead of spark. This setup looks promising... What do you think?

I'm looking at the same thing for my turbocharged truck. I just don't want to splice wires in.

Haven't personally tried it but a good friend of my has put them on 5 different cars with great results.
