I have a Turbosmart 38mm wastegate that is brand new in the box. The cheapest I can find these are for $239.99 on ebay, without the extra spring or flange. This comes with a 7 and 10lb spring as well as flange.

I want to trade for an Accufab 75mm Race TB. I'd also sell it outright for $200.
