4 lug to 5 lug

I bought a car that already had 5 lug on it and i think it is off a sn-95 and putting it on a fox body.But when i went to take the front spindles off and the rotors they are smaller than my 4 lug rotor is this correct that ford ran smaller rotors on the front or just the wrong rotors

i did a swap using 98gt front equipment and mark VII rear disc equipment. Im pretty sure i remember all the 98gt equipment being bigger than the stock 4-lug stuff
