4 O.E.M Bullit wheels w/tires

Off an 04 Mustang (17x8 in size w/ center caps). They have been sitting in my basement for almost a year and a half now, I don't need them anymore. The rubber is still good (Stock tire size: 245/45/17), I would say 60-70% still left on them. One tire has a small gash in the sidewall but it hasn't leaked in over the two years I have had that. Slight curb rash on one wheel... not all that noticable. Will post up pics when I find time to. Looking for $400 O.B.O

Here are pictures that I took this morning while I was cleaning them up. While in the process, I noticed what looks like the clear-coat of the polished section had started to bubble in some spots, not really too sure how or what made this happen but it is not curb-rash (I tried to capture pictures as best I could).
