What gauge wire should I run to the coil and to the battery? I am putting the box inside the car to keep it out of the weather. My battery is in the hatch. Where would be a good place to mount it? I was thinking putting it right under the front of the driver seat. It has to be kinda close because it has the knob to adjust how much timing gets pulled for every pound of boost. I think the cord for it is about 5FT long.

I had it under my seat.I used 10ga for power/ground and 12/14 for the signal. Make sure you do not pinch the vac line.

main battery and ground wires should be 10-12guage. coil wires should be about 16guage http://www.msdignition.com/pdf/6%20series/6series.pdf
