I think I'm confused about FMU's. Does an 8:1 FMU boost fuel pressure by 8 lbs for every 1 lb of boost ?? 10:1 FMU boost fuel pressure by 10 lbs etc, etc..

What FMU would be a good starting point for a mild 347 that has 30lb injectors and Novi 1000 (5-6 lbs boost) ?? Or, don't even use the FMU ??

Yes that is how they work. They are a bandaid for a inadequate fuel system. The best way to do it is upgrade injectors and a good fuel pump... Then have it tuned.

Don't even bother with an FMU, just get a boost ported regulator.

tune that bad boy. Do a boost reference regulator like an Aeromotive and do a nice 255 in tank with a BAP and some bigger injectors like 42s. If you plan on making any big boy power skip the FMU :D
