Its just the crank that and connecting rods that are different "Stroke" right? So if I take the crank and rods off this 351w and put them in my 302 it would then be a ?

351 pistons are the same bore size but the piston pin height is different. You can use 302 pistons with 351 rods with a 3.85 stroke crank in a 351 block and get a 393. That is the cheap big stroker.
