With my Fox I plan to use the stock K-member and I have a '98 Explorer motor I am putting down in it and I have a 1-inch spacer on the intake to clear the valve covers... I have a Mach1 style hood, not the high one, I think its maybe an inch? Will my engine clear with the spacer and with that hood?

It will be close. You could always use 3/4" drop mounts or a 3/8"spacer if it doesn't clear.

Those 3/4 drop mounts interest me... where would one find those at? What sucks is I have brand spankin new motor mounts that I bought when I had my '89 GT, and they probably only have 8,000-12,000 miles on them
