Which makes more power

Depends on the setup. Long debate.
Go with what ever you can afford. I prefer turbos myself. My Vortech is nice but if I keep my car Im selling it to go turbo again

A supercharger by design USES hp to make horse power so of 2 motors making the same power a supercharger motor is working harder to do so.

Ive always thought turbos made more power hands down but I dont think they are very reliable. Then again I wouldn't know because I've never had a turbo. I love my twin screw anyways.:bigthumb

The turbo doesn't make the car more unreliable, its the cheap turbo kits that guys get into that make the car unreliable. Your combo is only as a strong as its weakest link. You have to have a plan for the car and build from there.

I prefer superchargers because I don't like all the plumbing associated with a turbo and all the exhaust heat. I have worked with both and a turbo will make more power at the same boost level as a supercharger most times.
