I just put in a C4 (nothing special, stock valve body) w/3500 converter. The problem I'm having is, when I floor it in first, it goes ahead and shifts to second almost immediately and I still have the shifter in first. It stays in first fine unless I floor it. I did'nt do anything with the detent lever, but I've ran C4's before and never had it hooked up. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks Troy:confused:

I did hook vacuum to the Modulator valve to the intake instead of carb, is that a problem?
