I just decided to rebuild my engine and I would like to make it a 331-347 anyone know where I can get an inexpensive rebuild kit? I'm not looking to race this car so the kit doesn't need to be really nice just something that will withstand power accasionally

Go talk to Craig at Cincy Speed....he carries eagle kits. I'd look at getting a cast crank/I-beam rods.....they will hold more power than a stock block anyway.

Now is a good time to consider a 351 conversion.

ya it would be a lot cheaper and more in my price range to do a 351 swap and I already have a 77 351w in my garage just needs gone through
