I just got another 32" LCD tv.
I want to use this one as my monitor. It has VGA in as well as HDMI in. There is no DVI in on the LCD.
My computer out puts DVI (and I can adapt it to VGA).
What is the solution to getting the best picture quality.
Thanks

get a DVI to HDMI cable

just as a heads up text on websites can be very difficult to read. So make sure to keep a standard monitor close, or just split the signal.
I have my Mac mini hooked up to me HDTV for everything but web browsing

+1. What he said. Works great but it doesn't look as good as a regular LCD monitor does.

I dont know you guys, I'm on RGB (VGA @ Native Res) right now and it is AMAZING. The text is clear as day. I have clear type turned on.
Now, the native res of this thing is only 1366 * 768 so that might be why the text is perfect.....because the max res is low.
Your thoughts?

Watch out with those cheap cables with distances over 25ft or so, even if you have an active amp. Just a warning.
I have a 50ft Belden HDMI to DVI cable for $30. Never used.
