So check this out:

http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/car/612980470.html

I called this dude up, you could tell he was like in his younger 20's. He was super professional, and sharp.
He is going to charge me $60 bucks to wash, wax/polish then detail the interior including shampooing everything, and doing stain removal and the works.

I'll let you know how it goes.

thats pretty damned cheap. he must have no over head and do halfway decent work. to fully polish and wax a car (with a buffer and what not) and detail the interior it should take at minimum 5-6 hours, i've spent 8 hours detailing my stang before. i charge $150 or so to fully detail a car.

i did a friends wives car for $50

He told me it will take him 4.5 hours on my Daily grind (99 Grand Prix 4 door)

150 is the going price on detailing cars, I can make them look new.

Yeah 60 bucks is a steal. I normally charge just that to buff/deswirl/wax.

I am betting he does not do a good job as most people that do will not touch a car for that liitle as a whopper flopper makes more per hour.

Well, just got it back.

Bayou Brothers in Ameila.

I'd give it a 4 out of 10.
Put it this way, I won't go back.

Just for a high speed buff and wax you can expect around $150. Once you start shampooing interiors you're gonna double that real fast.
