Thought $365 is a good deal for everything, and since he sounds desperate, you could prob go pick it all up for 300 right now.

Just thought I would share for any one who doesn't have one.

I'd be weary of buying any used 360...the failure rate on those things is crazy. I don't know how the warranty covers it if you buy it used.

Thats for sure. I bought one off here and with in days the DVD drive went bad.

I think it has a 1 year Parts & Labor warranty....I'm honestly just guessing though.
