hopefully tonight goes better than last night. We had to take my little dude to Children's Hospital. Here's what I posted last night on myspace.


What a freakin night.... Go out to eat with the famn damily for my birthday. Come back home afterwards to let the kids play and the next thing I know my little dude lets out a blood curling scream. He some how punctured the back of his throat with a small pole for his tent. He was two feet away from me and I have no idea how it happened. So now he's spitting up blood and screaming his head off. My sister and Stephanie (wife) was checking him out (both with medical back grounds) and I hear simultaneously "call 911". Hum.. This is not good. The squad comes takes him to children’s hospital. After 4 hours there we are now back home and I'm hoping all is well. Basically he punctured the soft skin in front of his tonsils and some of his tonsil. They numbed him up and gave him some Tylenol and said there you go. I don't know, talk about feeling helpless.

The life squad driver told me to "take my time and don't try to keep up because we are going with lights and sirens, when you get there you'll have to go to the waiting area". :HYF:He doesn't know me that well:D My sister went with me while Steph went in the squad with Gage. I think that was probably the last time my sister will ride with me for a while.:lol: I thought there is no freakin way I'm sitting in the waiting area so I'll have to get there before the squad. How about 5 minutes before:D The ol GTP was on a mission last night. We pulled in to Children's at 10:18 and the squad got there at 10:23:flipoff:
