Just pulled out my TKO600 and putting in a C4. I need to run lines for the cooler. Do you think I will be able to get the fittings and the lines I need at the local part store?

Where is local for you? I used 6an braided line and fitting for my tranny lines.

Why the change between the TKO and C4?
Going turbo? Also, what will you be doing with said TKO?

Got ya.
Do you have any work in the C4 going in? Valvebody, clutches, bands?

Find a place local that can make teflon coated braided hydrolic lines. I used a place called air&hose parker something(can't remember)
I used some wire loom to get the lengths I needed then let them do it and it cost me less than I cound buy the stuff to make it. It's also rated to 450 degrees and 2000lbs pressure. I will never make another AN set up after pricing the difference.
