Last year I went on opening day and there was snow out on the field. I actually have a video of it. I think if the track is clear then it's a go. I'm pretty sure it was Febuary when I went.

Btw it was probably 30 degrees that day,lol.

I won't make it out to the track until the snow (at perfect north) melts. I only get 3 months a year to ski so I have to take advantage of it while I can.
