It's a website...Body Modification Ezine. It originated as a site that just had pictures of all the various piercings and some tattoo pics....for people interested in getting a particular piercing and wanted to see how it looks. I used to be a member back when i was really into piercings. Then over the years they added a whole other section called BME Extreme where you see all the really crazy stuff like guys splitting their wieners down the middle etc.. Now people just classify that sort of crazy bodily mutilation with BME because they sort of originated as being the only place to see it on the net.
