It is only SD @ 800x600 but its still a killer deal. These units were 7900 bucks new.

What do you guys think?

hmm somthing must be wrong. make sure the bulb is good i am pretty sure the bulbs themselves are a couple hundred bucks.. even then its still a good deal. somthing just seems fishey

I have an older projector similar to this. Not this exact one, but like it. 2 things you need to watch out for:

1 - The older projectors overtime have cooling issues. I usually put a box fan on low pointing to my projector, and that usually keeps it from shutting off.

2 - Even though it is LCD, it coul dhave burn in on the mirrors. Mine does. Its not that noticible, but it is there, and is very expensive to fix.

Other than that, seems like a good deal. I love watching the football games on a 90" screen, and so does all of my friends :). And yes, bulbs can be expensive as well.
