Ok.. I got pulled over. Without insurance.. Yes i know better but, i have my reasons why i didnt have it. The cop was actually cool and told me the best thing to do is to find a company that will back date a policy. Im in a spot and need some help. Does anyone know of a company that will play ball? He recommended safeauto..

What county was this in?

First thing you need to do is show up to the court date and ask for a continuence while you find a lawyer. (Not that you will need too, but it will give you some breathing room as far as getting your shit together)

IF this was in Hamilton county, your gravy, as the procedure for proving insurance is IMO, flawed.
PM me for details on how to exploit.

most major insurance carriers will only date back a policy when you are able to produce a declaration page showing prior coverage that has been expired not more than 29 days. My wifes and insurance underwriter specialist for Liberty Mutual, that has been in the insurance field for 13 years, and thats what she told me when I asked her about it.
good luck man!
a 90 day license suspension would suck ballz.

I have heard safeauto will do it. I would call and ask. I'm sure if you didnt have money for insurance you probably dont have it for an attorney so you need to find a way to help yourself.

Get covered or don't drive.
