5 lug conversion question

so i ran into the problem with my center caps not going on with my 5 lug conversion on my 89 fox i have now so i bought the sn95 brake assembly for the front....just wondering if anyone has any idea how to get the brake lines to match up from what i have now to the sn95 brakes that i bought????.....

I believe the driver's side will thread right into the hard line on your car. I had to get an adapter ffrom Autozone to fit the passenger side. I may have the sides reversed but hopefully you got the brake lines from the 94 up car too.
