These are brand new. I bought them a year or so ago but realized that they weren't quite going to cut it for big 10lb a piece 3-way surrounds. lol I think they are designed to work with cube/smallers speakers(like Bose, etc.) $20 takes them. They are also height adjustable as you can see from the picture:
