View Full Version : Two Blind Airline Pilots.....

Two blind airline pilots were both wearing dark glasses as they entered the plane.
One is using a guide dog and the other is tapping his way along the aisle with a cane.
Nervous laughter spreads through the cabin, but the men enter the cockpit, the door closes and the engines start up.
The passengers begin glancing nervously around, searching for some sign that this is just a little practical joke. None is forthcoming.
The plane moves faster and faster down the runway and the people sitting in the window seats realize they're headed straight for the water at the edge of the airport.
As it begins to look as though the plane will plough into the water, panicked screams fill the cabin.
At that moment, the plane lifts smoothly into the air. The passengers relax and laugh a little sheepishly and soon all retreat into their magazines, secure in the knowledge that the plane is in good hands.
In the cockpit, one of the blind pilots turns to the other and says.......
'Ya know, Bob, one of these days, they're gonna scream too late and we're all gonna die.

I'm in Ft. Lauderdale on a training class for Microsoft Server 2003(MSCE 2003) upgrade exams until Sunday then flying home. Couple miles from the beach - and I will never see it! 12+ hours a day class time and 2 long tests at the end of this week! :(

I know how you feel about never getting to see the beach. It's funny how many poeple think that because I get to spend the night in NYC or some place like that, that I am out seeing the sights. In actuality, once I get to a city, all I want to do is get to the hotel and relax and get some sleep.
I am off Sunday so it won't be me bringing you home. I hope you have a good flight.

ha ha..lol....honestly (with no crosswinds) anyone on this board that can shift a mustang down the track could take an airplane off with little training....the hard part is getting that bitch back down on the ground smoothly & then keeping it on the runway until stopped...lol
