Is the keynote speaker at the Wards 10 Best Engine of 2008 awards. He will be telling the tale of "how a vital artifact from the glory days of the muscle car" (No not Tim) "was rescued from the junkyard and let to the collector's edition revival of GM's celebrated ZL-1 engine." He will also discuss how "enthusiast passion may shape the development of future high-performance crate engines".
Wow - the darkside is a powerful force!
Way to go Jamie! (Love your new title: Product Integration manager for GM Performance Parts)
But let's recap from the bright side perspective.....
1) The ZL-1 is a junkyard engine
2) The only way enthusiast shape development of anything is if it will enhance GM's profits.
Maybe I should go (I do have an invite) and ask lots of questions ;)
