Hey guys bought an oil pan from someone off Corral. I received it yesterday and it seems to have a little surface rust on the inside of it from where he claims it sat for some time. Wasn't sure what the best way to clean it up is or if this proposes a bigger issue?

steel wood and wash it off. then oil it with a little wd40 to keep it from rusting again.

Steel wool...once there is oil in the pan it wont rust anymore!
