I GOT A HOLD OF THIS TRK INTAKE THAT LOOKS LIKE IT MIGHT MATCH-UP WITH LETS SAY A HOLLEY UPPER ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE THIS LOWER WORK ON A FOX AND WILL IT BREATH DECENT.

I dont know about the holley intake, but the old school guys ran the truck intake with a sheetmetal upper or the saleen/vortech upper. They flowed better than a stock e7 intake but with the available intakes out there these days that flow much better, its a no brainer to ditch the truck stuff and go aftermarket.
