I'm heading out either tomorrow or this weekend to pick up a new tree. Where is a good place to go to around here? I'm up for anywhere other than Wally World unless it's a last resort.. their trees probably have lead in them too. :)

If you have a Garden Ridge around you, They have nice trees and they are all 25 to 50 % off right now. they are open without closing at all until midnight Sunday. We went over to the one at Eastgate last night at about 10 and it was great. Hardly anyone there. We are going to cut a fresh one down at Corsi Tree Farm today. They are nice and they only cost $35.00.

Thanks.

I've never heard of Garden Ridge and will run a google search to find the nearest ones. I will do the same for Lowes and also check out Home Depot since that's close by.

After Christmas sales are a good place to get trees too. My wife went to wally world a few days after X-mas and picked up a huge pre-lit tree for 13.00. They were selling for 150.00 right before x-mas. Killer deals can be had out there.

Wal-Mart has cheap ornaments!

I am getting ready to dig my artificial tree out of the scary closet downstairs. I hate getting in there, it goes back under the house and I have to dig through all Vinny's junk he has packed in there. I guess I better bring in the garbage cans.

Thanks Keith, I appreciate that. I actually put the tree up yesterday and got all my decorations out (in my Mr. Hankey voice - "it sure does look Christmassy around here").
