I had to look a few times but when the "ghost " appears in the door, it moves to the left before moving up against the glass and you can just barely see it move to the right as it moves back. Then the long pause before the guy opens the door to give the "ghost" enough time to slide back into hiding.
Pretty good effect though. The first time I watched it, I had to go get my wife and show her.
