I have a set of Hoosiers 28x10 on a set of 16 inch ponys they have 1 run on them..... They are screwed and balanced..... 350obo

It seems like you just got these. Are you done running your Cobra or are you going another route??

I did just get em, i was going to go turbo, but decided to start looking at new house and maybe getting a 97 or so cobra... SO the cobra will be going up for sell soon..
