Just wondering if anyone might know what my last issue before I can start driving my rebuilt stang.

The car is only making 11" of vac at idle. It seems to have a miss at idle, as well as it smells like it is running VERY rich. I run the KOER tests, and the ECM is saying that the the PS bank is running lean. My FPR is set to 40psi with the vac line off. I re-adjusted all of the valves again the other day just to make sure nothing was wrong there. I have replaced both O2 sensors. Timing is set to 10 degrees btdc.

I have a 306 with the TFS head kit, 255 Walbro, 24lb injectors with a C&L MAF that is calibrated for the injectors.

I was thinking about taking it to a shop and let them smoke the engine to try to find any vac leaks, as that is what everyone seems to think it is. I have been trying to figure this out now for about 3 weeks, and have had no luck. I have tried spraying all of the areas with carb cleaner to try to find somthing. I just cant seen to track this issue down.
