i just worry about how they will be preping tri state on sat it is there last day runnig for the year and they dont have a sunday race to get ready for at least edgewater has a race on sunday so they should prep the track ! but you never know

I called and talked to the people at tri-state they said that if we let them know that stangbangerz are runnig for DD times that they will prep the track and give us are own lanes to run in and we can run all the stangbangerz cars at on time which would be great fo pics and videos but we need as many people there as possible!!!!

I am sure that was one wild ride. His car maybe down but atleast he didn't hit the wall or get hurt. He may need a new pair of underwear though

That was a crazy pass! He is very lucky. Sorry about the car Walter seen it start up...looks like it blew a head gasket and pressurized the cooling which blew the hose off like you were saying.

Yea, he broke an axle or something in the rear.

Walter blew his bottom radiator hose off and went sideways at 129 and got airborne heading toward the trees then somehow it came back and ended up in the grass untouched.

Now for Dave...his car was having some issues going lean and just was'nt making any power. I think since we welded up all his exhaust leaks he's seeing more boost and needs some fuel added...and on his birthday:(

I can't remeber who ran what I think I seen 93coupe get a 9.4? Jason408, 91lx, were all close to that and chad 393 I seen a 9.8 but I barley got to watch so I'm not sure where they ended up.

I also seen Jimsvt at 9.33 and heard he had a real close call after walter ran in that same lane:eek:

had great time today ran a new best on a 100 shot 9.56 at 141.84 and 93 coupe went 9.48 at 144.85 still working on the set up not bad for the 2nd time at the track glad to see the anti roll bar make more than one pass this time . :D also want to say thanks to 91lxnos for doing a real classy move on the last pass of the day some told him his car was leaking on the last pass and rather than run down the track in front of 93 coupe and others in line he pull his car out off line and took it back to the pits . i thought thats was a stand up thing to do thanks again

Nice run Walter. Hope you didn't tear anything up on your "off-road" adventure. 11.01....oh so close. I've been told many times...you always run well right before something breaks. Did you change anything to pickup the 2-3 tenths over last time?

I was using the 2step @ 4200, 8psi. Motor sound fine. Just an HG job. May possibly have a blown strut and LOTS o' grass under the car!

Still a 1.52 60 @4200 8psi. Car lauches different with boost. I def had to make some suspension adjstments. This was on 26 11.50 16 et streets. On the 1.52 pass i could have left at a slightly higher rpm.

On one pass i move the 2step to 5k, it hit the tires real hard then unloaded and spun. I just need my own tires and just keep workin.
