oh i am guessing its a no lol good luck with the sale. i need to pick me up one of these just dont have the cheese.

its not clean b/c i just pulled it off the car and my hands were dirty as hell. and no its just the intake lower upper and spacer.. it will be cleaned before anyone buys it.
