03 SVT Cobra for sale in Cleveland

well there are to many projects going on and not enough time. so unfortantly we are gonna be getting rid of one of the cobras.
Up for sale is this 2003 svt cobra with only 12,160 miles on the odometer. The car has a bassani off road X pipe and flowmaster exhaust, which sounds awesome. It has the anniversary interior and special edition wheels. We had purchased this car as a theft recovery. When we bought the car the hood, front bumper, seats, wheels, cd player, keys where all missing. All parts were replaced by a local ford technician. When the insurance company did the title before we purchased the car, there were no keys so the miles would not light up so there does shows an odometer discrepancy on the title but these are the actual miles on the car. asking only $20,000 for the car with all these upgrades
