I have lived in it for a year and own it as an apt condo. Let your friends know but keep in mind I really need someone responsible not someone that changes jobs every month and pays all their bills late.
Water included, central a/c, pool, dishwasher, washer and dryer hook-ups, no pets, located behind Home Depot in Cherry Grove area. I am going into Military and was currently living there, I am looking for someone that is honest and dependable.
