I seem to post this every now and then hoping someone comes across a set of rust free doors....so i guess it's about that time again. My coupe NEEEEEDS a set of doors, but i specifically want the older style doors with the correct window trim to match the rest of my car. Technically '83-86 would be best since the early doors had the lower door handle on the inside, but i could probably do something about that if i found a set that were clean. I already have a set of '87+ doors that are nearly perfect but the window trim is just too different, and to make it right i'd really need to swap my quarter glass, and i don't wanna do that.

Soooo, if anyone has a set or knows a guy who knows a guy who has a set, i would really appreciate the help getting a set of doors. Mine are literally about to poke through at the bottom...you can almost see light from inside the car!! I don't need door panels unless they're working power windows and locks, but i would prefer manual windows and locks if possible.

I can either trade you my '87+ power doors or i can buy them...either way.

Thanks.

David, thanks for coming all the way down here and getting those doors from the pile. I hope the hinges were solid enough for you. LOL. Hope they will work for ya.

Yeah man they're great! Good solid hinges are just icing on the cake...i can't stand saggy doors.

I did notice though that the passenger side door molding is held on by about 10 metal screws :dummy: I hope you didn't do that!!! I'll just weld'em up and they'll be good to go.

Everything on those doors is as I found em. The only thing I did was wire up the motor n the driver's side so the window would go down. Glad you are happy with them.
